Hakarat Hatov – Heartfelt Thanks!

Spirits were high and scores were low (for some of us, anyway!) at the 9th Annual Berkowitz Family Libenu Golf Outing. With scramble starts for both morning and afternoon rounds of golf, over 180 people golfed generously to benefit Libenu’s residential and respite programs. We wish a tremendous hakarat hatov to Dudi and Shira Berkowitz and family, whose incredible generosity and support of Libenu enables us to provide critical services for Jewish children, teens, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families in our community.

Despite the sizzling weather, Libenu supporters enjoyed rounds golf at the beautiful Ravinia Green Country Club, a delicious BBQ lunch and gourmet food stations along the course catered by Keep the Faith Events, signature cocktails, Rita’s ices, and each other’s wonderful company. Mazel tov to this year’s winners, AM: David Crawford, Troy Jarvis, Michael Medow, and Jason Amrani; and PM: Eitan Zeffren, Alan Sorcher, Ami Strick, and Danny Kaplan.

Thank you to David Amrani for running the pickleball tournament, and congratulations to the pickleball tournament champs, Lindsey and Nate Parsons.

Heartfelt thanks to everyone who joined us, and to those who traveled from out-of-town to be part of the day. Special thanks to our team of dedicated staff and volunteers who helped make the event a great success.

We would like to thank our generous sponsors!
